The Social Housing Program was created by Executive Decree PCM-142-2020. Program under the competence and strategic leadership of the Secretary of State in the Office of the Presidency and assigned by the Executive Branch to the Project Coordination Unit (UCP). In order to ensure the construction, reconstruction, self-construction, improvement, acquisition and donation of homes and basic equipment for living and the granting of financing and land for developers and people benefiting from the program.The Social Housing application will be the tool used to register people who may be beneficiaries of the Solidarity Housing Program for citizens at social risk or who have been affected by natural phenomena.
